The DRC is grateful for financial support from the Diocese of Derby to support our ongoing work across the county. The Diocese of Derby consists of most of Derbyshire and a couple of parishes on the fringes of Staffordshire. The Diocese works across the county of Derbyshire and serves a population of around one million people and has more than 300 churches.
Founded by HM King Charles III in 2010 while he was The Prince of Wales, The Royal Countryside Fund is the only UK-wide charity that empowers family farms and rural communities to ensure their future. Over the past decade, they’ve invested more than £11.4m in more than 490 projects working across the UK which improve service provision in rural areas, support farming businesses and rural enterprises, and provide training opportunities for young people. They have also supported nearly 1,000 farming families to take charge of their businesses through the Farm Resilience Programme and, working with their Farm Support Group Initiative, helped many others to access local support when it is needed most.
Rural Ministries are a growing network of rural churches, pioneers and practitioners. They exist to inspire, empower, and support denominations, churches, pioneers, and those with just a glimmer of an idea who are called to live in rural communities across the UK. Rural Ministries are currently one of the DRC’s main funders and we are hugely grateful for their support.
The Lauderdale Trust’s vision is to transform communities by making Jesus known, through providing grant funding and support to Christian charities. The DRC are grateful to the Lauderdale Trust for helping to fund us in previous years.

The Addington Fund is a registered farming charity whose main area of work is to provide homes for farming families living in England and Wales who have to leave the industry, through no fault of their own, and by doing so will lose their home. In times of emergency and where hardship prevails assistance with a grant towards certain business costs may be available.
